Horizontal coil orbital wrapping machine KW200-N is suitable for outside horizontal packing for coil round products, which are heavier or inconvenient for vertical packing such as cable coil, steel belt, bronze belt, wire material, aluminum coil, hose coil, rubber tube, bearing, tire, electric wire cable, stainless steel, plastic tube, PE tube, PVC tube, bearing, electric wire cable, rubber tube, wire rod and etc.
This type of machine can be effective protect the objects' surface been scratched, damaged or abrased. It can be connected with conveyor lines to be an automatic packing line.
1. Flat structure. Object enters into packing position by hosting, convey or by manual.
2. Be supplemented with the conveyor line, can connect with other machine to be a packing system.
3. Indicator alarms automatically when trouble arises, and errors will be shown immediately.
4. PLC intelligent control system, imputing objects OD, ID & width by touch, the system will count the tape length, wrapping layers and cutting time automatically.
5. The slide board can be up & down at the instance of different OD & ID.
6. Friction wheels enclose anti-wear polyurethane, and swivel with integral mould structure.
7. Two or three kinds of packing materials simultaneous packing in a packing process is available.
8. Customized automatic coil packing line including strapping, stacking, wrapping, turning-over according to actual needs of the customer.
9. Equipment with carrier rollers, taper roller and up press rollers.
10. Automatically and precisely orientate turning ring position.
11. Packing tape tension could be adjusted according to packing requirement.
